Another whole day safari with lots of fabulous animals . Arrived in Swakopmund for 2.nights and did some very enjoyable shopping. Back to the desert tmrw for 2 nights camping yuk
We are now in the desert and the scenery is magnificent, not possible to capture the beauty of the hills, troughs, colours and rugged terrain. Did I say before it’s 2 nights in a tent in the sand. Not.happy Jan xx
So on the west coast of Africa coming back down to Cape Town. Camped in the Desert and freezing at night. Wine in an enamel mug does not taste the same. The dunes in the Desert are spectacular all different colours and very majestic. Stopped and walked in Giant’s Playground more than just a collection of giant boulders and rocks from millions of years ago. The cheetahs unfortunately were captive because they have injuries. Then a walk through the quiver tree’s another phenomenon of Namibia. Xxx
